Fly Fishing Safaris

Sometimes such experiences can be shared with close friends, good people, your family or even your guide and create memories that will never fade but stay with you forever. It is difficult to put into words what I, as your guide and host, get from such experiences. Particularly those moments shared between family or very close friends that I know as so very special. It really is a most enriching and life-affirming experience for everyone and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is also difficult to explain fully the range of options with regards the journey in and out to our camp, the accommodation we choose – everything from a remote mountain bivouac to the five-meter bell tent complete with wood burning stove and comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements is on the table!

There is great scope for variation in a Fly Fishing Safari, from a quick dash across a loch to a camp on the far bank, to multiple nights spent exploring the remotest parts of this amazing landscape. Indeed, you might be pleasantly surprised by how, with the use of a boat or ATV, even the remotest parts of Assynt might actually be quite accessible for all. Assynt Fly Fishing will take care of absolutely everything, including all the camping and fishing equipment, hearty breakfasts and delicious evening meals all included in the price quoted. Normally I would ask that clients provide their own lunches and snacks, particularly for the single overnight expeditions, but for longer trips that can also be provided.
